Dear Woman,
You are not alone. The things you fear every morning, every afternoon, every evening, every moment--thousands of souls before you have tread there.
They survived--if only to allow us the knowledge that we can survive. And you HAVE to survive. You have two options--you can be brave and bold and courageous...OR...you can cower behind fear and shame and intimidation. Which one makes the better story--
I don't understand why we think if we were thinner, prettier, sexier, more feminine...and the list goes on....he hE HE would have loved us enough.
One time I asked my dear soul mate friend, who at one point in her life tip toed around on a 100 pound frame and nearly lost her life, if she got all she wanted when she was thin. Life gets worse when we strive for aesthetic.
Enough. What we forget is that WE are enough. And that is all we have to be.
What the world needs least is another timid, frightful, scared feminine soul who is not bold enough to be her fabulous self. That's enough--don't forget! Just be you. Do you. And the universe will thank you.
Revel in the glory of who you are! And have faith that someone will see at least HALF of that glory--and that will be more than enough for him.
With love,
C
